Ok, just got a set of mirrors. I had no idea the passenger control cable was so long. It is supposed to go all the way across to the drivers door? It doesnt look to be quite that long.

The Maverick never had a remote control passenger side mirror. I have seen them on a Mustang II and it was mounted in the lower dash

The control ends up around the bottom of the dash in the area of the radio. I'll see if I can find a picture.

I bought a left and right remote controlled mirrors mirror for my 73 LDO. Can't remember what they were off of but I mounted the passenger stick it in the back of the tray. Love it!

I had a set from a Mercury Bobcat that I sold to someone here on the board years ago.

What did you use for a door loom for the sport mirror cable to get from the door to the cab?

Ford loved to reuse names and in this case, part codes from different models. Starting in 1975, the D-DZ parts were also used for a Granada
The mirror code above is 75-80 Granada
