I purchased some DynaMat to install in the car and also took some wheels to the shop to be powder coated.

Hi this are tri-y headers and the engine is a new ATK 302 and Dress up . But I won’t recommend this headers won’t fit properly in the maverick you will have a problem with the Idle arm and pitman arm I’m probably get a short headers or cut and adjust this Tri-y’s

Finished installing the 4 piston disc brake setup on the 70 Maverick .. WOW .. what a improvement.. brake pedal sits
higher now also . Purged all the OLD brake fluid from the system installed fresh and also power steering fluid.
I"ll be listing TWO disc brake setups for sale soon on this forum .. One is aftermarket , the other is from Maverick
sources .( Mustang 11) Both sets are in excellent condition ..BOTH have the mounting brackets included ( pictures to follow ) if anyone out there may be interested .
Presently we are converting the marker lights to " BLINK" in sequence with my turn signals with LED bulbs.
Anyone out there already done this ?? curious !

Got the engine fired back up after doing a lot of wiring cleanup (whew! everything worked and no smoke!) and tested the new gauge cluster. Wiring cleanup included combining the factory harness with eliminating the seatbelt interlock module wires, the 5.0l EFI engine control harness, donor harness for the AOD-NSS/VSS and the new gauge harness... only a few migraines along the way. - Oh, and added new wiring for the Taurus fan conversion....

Also filled the AOD and test drove it propped up on the lift jack. All seems good so far, won't be able to road test until after paint and re-assembly of the body.

this is how I put Crown Vic disc brakes on an 8 inch. I put the Crown Vic inner cables in the Maverick outer cables, we did about 6 sets of these. at one time I was making up the cables and shipping them to members that were doing the swap.

stock E-brake system for rear disc brakes...

What is the bracket you used to raise the shifter up. Is that a Maverick or Mustang piece?
