The Maverick wagon was not a factory car. They were all converted 4 doors. I came close to buying one a while back. Had a shipper lined up and everything in place. But the way the guy wanted the finances done made me back out.

I've done some measuring and the car that measured up the best was a 82-85 LTD wagon. I would do the four door and most of the mods on the current car I'm doing

The Wagon was locally made by a dealer, SR, Souza Ramos, they had a prtty good section on converting local cars to try to capture some of the foregin development. Imports were shut.

Pretty much steel, fiber glass, and other car parts. They got he four door as a base and pretty much welded a local chevy wagon back - Caravan, atached a picture of that car, donor of windows, some detailing, etc.
