Chrome so Shinny I can see myself

I have a 64 Comet with very little body rust. The chrome has started to develope little "pimples" for lack of a better word.

Is there a good way to clean the pimples?

 

I am trying SOOO hard to not make a bodily functions joke out of this...

 

Try using some kind of a chrome cleanser or polish like this.

 

Chrome on what? If its pot metaL, there is nothing that can be done other than an expensive restoration to the part.
