Anyone have a good way to take a small stratch out of a windshield. The scratch is from the wipers so they are not super deep.

    Any idea???

They can be buffed and polished out. Eastwood sells a kit....or you can take it to a glass place and they can do it for you. I have been told if you can "feel" it with your fingernail....it is too deep to get out.

ive been a glass installer for 25 years we get this question almost every day best stuff is cerium oxide but even that windshield scratches are hard to remove usually even if you get the scratch out you,ll make a distortion in the glass ( a wave) wich is sometimes more annoying then the scratch was

I bought that Eastwood kit a long time ago and did not have any luck with it.

I had the same experience with the Eastwood kit. It wasn't cheap for one thing, and it took a lot of arm and shoulder strength. After a few hours of fooling with it, the scratch was still there. Very disappointing.
