    Hello,
I'm curious if i can convert my 77' 2 door Maverick to a Grabber. I want to drop a 302 in, get a grabber hood, and replace the bench seat with bucket seats. Is this possible? What else do i need to do to convert it to a grabber? Thanks!!

the grabber is a looks only package. most grabbers came with a 6 cylinder engine.:)

you would need a ...rear spoiler...but as for now there is no way to put the ...stock grabber spoiler... on a '77.:sorry:

Grabber hoods were available in 1971 -1972, so you would have to swap the bumpers.

Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
also note i don't think the stock buckets will fit on a catted maverick the floor pans differant. then again you can really make anything fit if you wanted to. ;)

btw cheap plug.. ;) if you decided to change out those bumpers i have spoilers ;)

How much trouble would it be for you to make CF 1/4 extensions for Big Bumper cars? Also how are the Grabber hoods coming along?(y)

I dont actually have a 77', i was just looking at one. I'm interested in a 71' two door now. Would the hood fit on that? How much are you wanting for the spoiler? How would I go about putting all this on (bumber & spoiler):)

Can i interchange ANY maverick hood? For example like a 71' Grabber Hood with a 72' 2-door or even a 77'? (just an example).

1977 hood is slightly different. The hood prop rod hole is on the other side of the hood. Not a real biggie. Just have to change to the shorter prop rod that mounts on the side.
