    Well I plan to take My Mav to Silver Dollar (Reynolds) This friday Night for some test and tune time(I think it`ll run quiker if I wind it tighter!). I happened to go to the Tracks websight and found out that this weekend will be a "Run what ya brung "nastalgia event...(Terry,Earl are you listening?)

    I was already considering going. Call me crazy, but I'm thinking of bringing my dad's F-250 just to see what that 7.5L can do in a 5,000 lb. vehicle. Well, 5,250 lbs. if you count me.

    I've had a few
    When Terry floors that truck, you can watch the gas gauge fall. Thinking about that with these gas prices, I'm not sure weather to laugh or cry. But it was pretty funny at the time.

    We also have a F-250 with a 460....its our fastest running auto right now in the stable.

    Well , we had fun but my car simply would not run any faster than:

    12.25 @ 111.9 :huh:

    But I cut a 1.74 60 ft. ( my previous best was 1.79 :rolleyes: )

    If the car had an 8" converter with around 4,500 stall I think it would
    really pick it up alot, but I`d loose some streetability and I dont want that...


    But it was very consistant.


    It must not like the hot dry air very much. I`m going to wait until it gets COLD again to go give it another try.:yup:
