vinyl top?

    now ive heard some horror stories about vinyl tops but my car used to have one, so i was thinkning i should make it original, if that where could i find one?

    if your going for an all original resto i'd do it but personally i think they look better with out it.

    the biggest issue is that they hold water like a sponge and rust out the roof right along the top of the windshield. i have a few spots to weld up since my car used to have the half top, but i pulled it off last summer.

    If you just happen to like vinyl tops, that's one thing, but who cares about "original"?..
