no ford head or intake is going to fit on a chevy small block but there is a chevy small block from the 60's that was also 302 ci. wouldnt that be something if you had one of those in your car lol

instead of saying itts painted chevy orange just tell people its painted HEMI orange

I have a buddy that has a SB Chevy painted Ford blue. He liked the color...but ALWAYS gets crap for it! If you like the color, don't worry about it. I painted mine grey, but used to always use black because it hid any leaks!

hey guys.. i was getting any emails so i just read all your posts.. i dont mind the look of the HEMI orange :) i was just worried when it came to resale if it would be much of a factor?? obviously im not going for all original here so in that sense no it wouldnt.. but as far as mechanically everything pretty much matches up with vin.. but exterior is not the same mine was originall grabber blue.. but i guess what im saying is when i go to sell the car will i have any effect on price if the block is not ford blue.. obviously if the purchaser would dig in he would find that it is in fact a 302.. but would that be a big deal??? i guess in the end it would depend on the buyer

if it runs good im not gonna give you any hassle over the color. i mean if you did some sloppy spray paint job with overspray all over everything that i'd have to spend time cleanng up, yea i might not like that too much.seeing sommething like that might also lead me to believe you were sloppy elseware.
