    Found some pictures on my computer of a Maverick with Mustang lights. I also like the way the console fits in the car.

    I guess they just left the parking brake handle slot open...
    You can't tell from the angle of the pic, but the brake pedal is still in place, so I doubt they put a handbrake in.

    Mustang II console, looks to me... Definately for a handbrake though.

    If you're gonna use non-stock taillights on a Maverick, ya really can't beat Shelby ('65 T-bird) taillights, with Bobcat taillights being a 2nd runner-up...

    I don't see a handbrake...looks like a seat belt to me.

    No, I have seen that console before and it has a great big slot for a hand brake behind the shifter. You can't see it in the pic due to the angle and the seats are in the way.
    However, when you look at that console, as in really look at it in a car, it looks funny not having the hand brake. The spot for the handle is clearly formed for it and of course has the big slot.

    'Seems like it would be pretty easy to fill that opening with a piece of the same type (and color) of plastic...

    i dont care for the taillights.i do like the console,looks like mII to me also. my brother has one sitting in the garage,maybe i should swipe it.
