Well guys ,i took advantage of a proposal from my friend Glen the welder, fabricator. You see i have a 12 acre property with plenty of room for toys and junk and a 1300 foot shop. Glen has a 69 big block beaumont he wants to restore.Glen come to me and says, ill weld in your sub-frame connectors and build you a 6 point roll cage for your Maverick if i can bring my car to your place and work on the weekends for the next 5 weeks . I have to supply power and a extention cord ,hell bring his own tools ,torches ect ,my answer ,IM ALL IN ,for a new 6 point cage built in my shop to my specs ,yahooooo ,ill put up with the Beaumont for 5 weeks:yahoo::cheers:Jimmy2gates ps the beaumont is here now ,just took it off the car trailer, let the deal begin

So the 69 beaumont is a Pontiac with 396 Chevy power right. Canadian Ponchos had chevy drivetrains if my memory serves me correct.

Its an actual tail hook. Its what catches the arresting wire on an aircraft carrier.
