I did a search, but came up with nothing.. my turn signal indicators work fine, my alt lite works fine, but I have no cluster/guage lights. Fuel guage works fine, so probably not the IVR. Wipers work fine and I believe they are on the same circuit, so not a fuse issue. Any thought or ideas on what to check next? Thanks, Steve
Could be a bad rheostat on the headlight switch. Are you sure they are not just in the dimmed position?
Not sure what you are driving, but my 64 Comet has a remote in-line fuse located above the brake pedal bracket. Apparently Ford wanted to make this fuse more assessible and located it there. It gets its power from the hot side of the fuse panel. The circut that has the blinker indicater lights and the high beam light are separate from this circut.
...like Allen said,...if the ...spring thingy...on the headlight switch is broken then these lights want work. ......
Thanks I'll check that out and see if their the same. Tried a new HL switch, cleaning all the contacts and putting some dilectic (sp) grease on all of it, but no change. Thanks again
