    Well I finished the cowl repair on my Comet GT this weekend. The drivers side wasn't too bad. Almost all of it was in the top hat. There was a couple of holes in the kick up behind the top hat but I was able to weld them closed. I had a Mustang repair panel that I cut the top hat off of and used it for the repair.

    The passenger side was a goner. Luckily I had a good cowl that I cut a patch panel out of.

    THe finished repairs. THe red is Eastwoods Rust encapsulator. THe gray is Eastwoods brush on seam sealer. I like this stuff. Its thick and dries fairly hard but stays pliable. Doesn't run much either when on vertical surfaces.

    how do youget the cowl off? :rofl2::rofl2: i'm serious i don't want to do alot of damage. i went to the salvage yardto look at one to see ho it came off no cule!!!!!!!!!!!!!1:bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:
