Funny, I talked to my brother (Bradenton, FL) Christmas day and he asked how the weather was. I said it's beautiful....sunny and 50 ˚. He turns on his heat if it gets below 75˚. :D

I miss the snow. So, I went up to the mountains (50 miles away). Spent the day up there, snowed all day. Had 6 inches of snow on the car, when I got back to it.... Was really nice to get back home to the rain. What a difference a 45 minute drive can make...LOL

LOL snow is gay, thats why it is made out of flakes.

HATE the snow. Wouldn't care if I never saw another snowfall for the rest of my life.

I AGREE! The only time I don't mind snow is if the pantry is full, Netflix has just delivered 3 new DVD's, and I don't have to leave my house for ANY reason! Snow outside--me snugged up inside with a movie and a big bowl of stew or chili. (y)

Whats the big deal with people hating snow?
Snow isn't reason to not leave your house.
Ice on the other hand is. And its the stupid people that act a fool on the ice that make it bad for those of us that know how to handle our vehicle on the ice

Yeah, good thing it doesn't snow in Texas. This is south of Shadowmaster by about 40 miles, and really close to the coast. The beach house pics are my folk's house ON the beach. The "land" house is our humble abode about 20 miles north of the beach.

Houston got less than an inch and it melted within a few hours, we were out 3 days later in tank-tops and shorts still playing in the snow. It warmed up that much.

    This is Christmas day 2004.
