I had a 85 SVO that would run 14's all day long in stock trim, and low 13's with some added boost. Top speed was over 140 mph. Now thats impressive for a 140 ci engine in a 3200 lb car :thumbs2: I would love to put one in a 2 door mav.

It'd be neat to have a ride like that. Something similar (or better) to the Mavi GT, don't ya think???

Yea, my dad knew a guy with an '84 SVO that had some stuff done to it. He said he could get him off the light in his '84 GT (which was probably just a driver thing, more then the car being slower off the light), but as soon that turbo spooled up, the SVO would run off and leave him. He said they had the car over 150 mph.

I have a copy of the complete Brazilian Ford Factory Maverick repair manual ... looks like that is what that page above is out of ... I know it has a complete section on the 4 cylinder ..

I love the fact that with those engine mounts you can do wonders in some unusual vehicles. You want a 2.3 bump/dent side Ford truck? Or a Jeep? the POTENTIAL of these mounts are endless, oh yeah!
