Kinda figured it would be a bad idea not real proud of the fact he built a chevy. ( Anyone care to help me get that knife outta my back ? ) But the car is beautiful i'll have to find a way to fit it in the updated shots of my ride. That would be best i think.
you can post your Maverick pics on this Thread you started that's what i did with mine no one had a problem with that and I don't think they will have any problems with you doing the same now as far as chevys maybe you could post like Rayzorsharp said on offtopic or here: Sub-Forums : Other Automotive Tech & Talk http://mmb.maverick.to/forumdisplay.php?f=48 I would like to see them too!
gotta better idea chirt ill post em on youtube and you or any others who can stomah a chevy pic or 2 can check em out on a vid ill post there saves me the worry of making anyone upset here. Pretty sure i should do my part to try to keep this board devoted to mavericks only
WOW!! man! Your Shop is awesome! you guys don't play around you're doing a fine job! better than many so called professionals I've met in my life. The same thing happened to me on my left fender it was rodded on same spot too. Nice video!..
Tyvm - Don - Mav man & Chirt. Wish my car could be put together as fast as that shop was chirt. As for the shop it's more like an oversized clubhouse we just havent gotten around to hanging up the (no girls allowed sign) On that fender rot, is that not the weirdest place for them to rot out or what. Not sure how to keep it from happining again because for the life of me i dont know what makes em rot out in that area the left fender was the same way to but the fix i did turned out good on it. Will have more pics next week to post of it ( plans for the 3 day weekend are for it to get 2nd coat primer and 2nd block) Again ty all for the comments, nice to know that there are people out there that know the kinda time and effert it takes to restore something in that bad of shape
hey chirt, not made alot of progress on it lately, working on getting that right front fender i screwed up. Been doing alot of side work for others too. Plus my brother decided to turn the shop into a sanford and son ebay junk shop and its going to take him several weeks to get all that crap sold. As soon as i make a lil head way on it i'll let ya know. Thanks for checkin on me..... Dave
I have made a little head way on it in the last 6 months, not as far along as i would like to be though. Heres some updated pics, i plan to have front fenders on this weekend and will post them also.
