Sprints have buckets?

Were bucket seats available on the 72 sprint? anybody have a factory bucket seat sprint?? most the ones im googling have a bench.

 

bench was stock in maverick sprints. pintos and mustangs have buckets though

mavaholic's car has buckets but theyre not stock, though they definatly look like it.

 

I figured it woulda been an orderable item.

Thats odd i wonder why, maybe because Sprints were all production cars??

 

It seems Sprints were only available with the base interior. Pintos and Mustangs came with buckets in their base models ... Maverick came with Bench.

 

Was looking at a book today that mentioned Sprint maverick and Pintos were only a decor package, Unlike the Mustang that had some suspension and performance upgrades.

I sure wish they came with buckets. I've got a set of 72 buckets seats I'm seriously considering putting in my Sprint when I redo my seats. I just hate bench seats in Mavericks.

 

Jamie some cars Were just plain old production cars meant to be sold at dealerships....some cars were ordered....my Marti Report 1 of my cars was a special order....and my other car was a "production" car.

 

That makes no difference, it's what Henry offered, you get what they let you get, sorta like "Any color as long as it's Black" If they don't offer it, you can't order it, customer or dealer.

Anybody know where I can find a restorable Sprint at a reasonable price?I'm not rich but I really want a Sprint,almost any condition will do.

 

There were 2 Stang packages... I believe they are "A" and "B" Sprint packages. One was the appearance only. The other had the Mach 1 suspension. That was the 'performance' package.
