    Does anyone know of a place to get new or better looking bumpers for my '73 maverick? I have tried summit and ebay. No luck. any ideas would be appreciated.

    get some small bumpers :thumbs2: i swapped my 73 bumpers out for the 70-72 bumpers and it looks alot better :yup:

    Yes I agree Matt. I think I am going to take the front off the 70 and put it on my 73. Did you find me a grabber hood yet?:rofl2:

    about six months ago we were at the gas station and the guy next to us said his brother had three mavericks! we got there number and they had already crushed them (one was even a v-8!) but he said he kept the grabber hood and we could have it for $100... i thought about it but i had just gotten my hood. he didn't have the scoop inserts, latch or trim but sounded like a pretty good deal.
