    Guys,

Went to my buddy Ray's (who's painting my car) today to pick up a few things. Copped a few pix of my Mav in primer. It's already been blocked and just needs a wetsand before BC/CC. Maybe later this week it'll be in "Sonic Blue" (only $615.00 a gallon)! :dancing: :bouncy:

Ray's painted prolly 40 cars in that garage, all near show quality. He'll get it right.

That's an E-Bay hood that came with 6 built-in stud mounts, but it fit close enough to mold in, so he glued it down with 3M body adhesive and finished it off with a little putty.

I'm thinking I'll get it back just after New Year's sometime. He can cut and buff the clear in two days, then some small amount of reassembly (all the glass and trim pieces). I want to get my dash harness modified and installed back into the dash before it goes in, obviously before the front glass can be installed. Even carbuerated, there's a bunch of wiring mods to get done with the LS-1 motor, then there's the electric fan, fuel pump, electronic dash, light relays... Ordered a pair of Zoop's 101T tribar, bluedot halogen headlights yesterday, hope they look good in there! ;)

Ray got the small parts, jambs, and inner hood & trunk lids done yesterday. Should get the body reassembled today and (maybe!) painted. Tomorrow for sure. :D
