    What kind of car is that pictured above? I really like the grill. Is it a mustang?! Please excuse my ignorance!

    ya, theyre like the mercury version of the mustang. same basic frame and platform but a slightly diffrent body

    kind of like comparing a comet to a maverick

    I would rather have a 68 Cougar than a 68 Mustang.

    Don't mean to nit pick but since i have a 67 Cougar i'm allowed to.:D
    Basic chassis are the same but the Cougar has more rear overhang. Absolutely nothing other than door handles are interchangeable on the body so really the body is nothing like a Mustang.
    Again not trying to be an A##.

    yes, but the bolt holes must be the same, so interchangueability is possible.
