anyone with tailpipe through the rear valance?

    The mav is gone but i'm still here!
    when using a large tank you cant get the pipe to fit between the driver side spring and tank, so you have to route them around the spring.

    I'll try to dig up some detailed pics on how it was done.

    I had a severe computer glitch and had to format the hard drive and lost everything.

    The gas tank was moved to center to provide equal distance on both sides

    The frame (cross support?) was notched on both sides to provide clearance so that the exhaust could come through the rear valance

    I have a valance that I cut out and boxed in for exhaust tips. The tips are stainless and squarish type, originally for a 68-72 corvette. Originally for 2" pipe, I cut them out and welded in 2 1/2" pipe. I found a set of rounded tips that I liked much better so I'm changing course. I had them for sale awhile back but no takers. I cant seem to find the pictures of them, but i'll keep looking if anyone's interested.
