    Oh no, gotta be a 4-on-the-floor (or 5)

    Was actually planning it for the Maverick, if I can ever find an affordable Toploader or T-5....Might use it in the 79 Malibu....whichever gets done first.

    Cool thing is, there's already a hole in the bottom where the charge was removed.....looks like if I tap it, a standard screw-in adapter (like the ones you get with Hurst T-handles) will fit perfectly

    I see. I was imagining the tree shifting. It would probobly want to stay in 2nd or 4th (whatever is down) on it's own lol.
