I have come across a 70 Grabber that is headded for the scrap heap but wanted to let you know I had found one. I suppose it could be fixed up but that would take lots and lots of work. I think it is just better to scrap it unless someone is looking for one to do a ground up on. I will enclose the Vin in the pics of the car. Here it is in all its used up glory. You know onr of those farmers cars that somr day he will fix up and it kinda rotted to the ground.
Thats just funny . The price I paid for the car was for the spoiler and some other parts I wanted. It is a factory 3 spd car with A/C. So with just the parts it was well worth the $600 I paid for it and the other 2 smashed parts cars. So sorry the spoiler will be staying with me. Blue if you need a set of drip chrome then I have a couple of good sets. Just let me know.
if i have been told corectly then if the vin has 91 in it then it is not a true grabber so please correct me if im wrong
In 1970 all Mavericks were a 91 code. The 93 did not show up till 71 when it became its own car. They had flat hoods, a spoiler and a stripe kit.
yeah i knew the flat hood and stripe options i just was not sure about the 91 and thanks for the correction and a little more knowleg
is the drivers side quarter panel good behind the wheel, can't really tell if it has bondo in the pic, if it is any good, would you cut it off and sell it to me? Just from the body line down.
