That's some really fine craftsmanship I have the impression that cars in the US usually don't get this kind of attention when restoring, but you truly know your stuff. It's great to see that you don't use bondo or stuff like rust bullet but sheet metal. I sometimes wish I had the same opportunities to acquire NOS stuff like you have... The photographic documentation in this thread has already been really helpful for my project, especially the cowl vent and passenger rear floor pan parts.
Now that is the way to restore a car. Time is always my problem. I contributed to many grandkids and great grandkids. Always want me to play instead of work. No regrets though. Anyway, Dennis, your grill looks great in my car, and now only need one other thing. Might you have a floorboard for my 72 Sprint driver's side? Some $%^& long before I owned it drained the under-the-dash air onto the floorboard, not outside the car. Good thinking. Too, it is always nice to see these old threads awakened again. Lots of good information in them. Jack
THIS is the very kind of restoration that gets my blood pumping - honors to you, sir, on your fine work and outstanding attention to detail. My, my, my, what excellent work!! Chris
Havent touched the car since the last pictures. I'm in the middle of renovating my kitchen. Usually I get motivated when I come back from the Roundup.
