    Honestly and not saying it dont look good but in my opinion i dont like the taillight swaps for a maverick. Especially the mustang swaps. I mean you have a maverick. Dont try to be a mustang. I mean yeah its sharp but i jus dont like it

    I like the original tail lights myself!!! but to each thier own and some of the swaps turn out awesome and others well ya know.....:rolleyes::rofl2:

    I agree, and I also believe that you should keep whatever engine your maverick came with to keep it a "real" Maverick. None of this 347 crap

    Three 71 Maverick Grabbers, a 72 302 Sprint, a 73 LDO 2door parts car, a 76 silver v8 Stallion.
    That's why they call cars like that RestoMods. Doesn't matter what you do to them (as long as they look good). RestoMods are not meant to be original and they seem to have become more popular that the original cars. I like either but I guarantee you my Shelby lights get way more attention than any original Maverick tail lights ever though about getting. :huh:

    mine hit the scrap pile. i love resto mods. im jus not big on the tail light conversions. but thats my opinion. they are sharp though ill give you that
