You and your family are invited to join us for our 5th Annual Christmas Party. Please join us for breakfast at Phil's Southern Cooking in Stockbridge, GA.

This year, every Dixie Maverick member should bring a new toy to the party. We will leave Phil's and cruise down to Summit Racing for their 4th Annual Santa Cruise for Toys for Tots. Instead of bringing a gag gift and bringing a smile to our faces, we will help the Marines bring smiles to childrens faces. The cruise-in at Summit is from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

If you need to contact us, please call Hawkco (Terry Hawkins) at 404-213-9817 or send an email to hawkco@dixiemaverick.com.

Please let us know if you are planning to come. We look forward to seeing you.

Update: Bring a gag gift and a toy for the car show.

Update: We will meet at 9:00 AM to get to Summit earlier.

Update: In the event of rain (or other precipitation) where you are not going to the Toys for Tots Car show @ Summit, bring your toy and we will get it to Toys for Tots for you.

    ATTENTION:
Sorry for the late notice, but Phil's Southern Cooking does not accept credit cards. ATM's are all over Stockbridge. Contact me for assistance.

You know I'll be there! (y)

Everyone please feel free to come weather you can bring your Maverick/Comet with you or not. The cars may initially bring us together, but it's the people that make these meets great. :yup:

You going to have a Maverick there this year Terry? Or the Camaro? Just had to ask, I'd love to see either one.
And Deb wants to know if Martie and any of the other wives will be there?

Bring the Camaro. Since you are a Maverick owner, it's no different than me coming in my pickup. If anybody says anything bad about it, tell'em I told you too!:Blasting:

Know of any good RV parks down that way? If I can get some tires on the trailer, we'll try to come in the motorhome and bring the car, money permitting.

The only RV park in Henry County is not all that great. It is old and the roads are somewhat narrow for the newer vehicles. It is in between Phil's and Summit, thought. It's called Atlanta South RV Resort. Their web page isn't working tonight. I'll see if there are some others within reasonable distance.

Thanks Terry. I just run a google search and see what you mean. I guess if we get to come we'll just come in the pickup and stay at a motel like we did last time. Might even cost less to pull the car with the pickup than the motorhome. Would just drive it, but that's a little far and I don't really want to get in Atlanta traffic with it.

Bobby, I don't blame you wanting to get in Atlanta traffic. You could get off I-20 in Carrollton and take 27 to Newnan then 16 to Griffin and then get on 155 to McDonough
