http://mavcom-registry.tk If youd like your car added just post the VIN here, Ill add it there...also, if you havent established yourself here at the forum and claiming a GT, Stallion, Sprint, or 1970 Grabber, youll need to show proof it is actually that kind of car 1970 Grabber, Stallions, and Comet GT's needs a Marti Report, scan and send it to me here Sprints needs a snapshot of the Trim Code, also can be sent to me here on the forum. (thanks to 1973Maverick357 for the verification info)
that looks great! Jeff at www.dot.tk you can get free domains and you can just piggyback your page on that forum. Like my page is on freewebs.com but my domain is www.maverick75.tk/
I made a site (maverick-comet-registry.tk) but I dont think they like me...still waiting on an email confirmation :/
Let me clarify my VIN's so you can place your legends correctly, you have one of my 76 parts cars listed as crushed, which it isn't. 3K92L160713 - parts car 3X91L316890 - parts car 6K91L140307 - parts car (not that there's really much left of it LOL ) 6K91L151671 - parts car (not crushed) I'll have a '77 4 door VIN to add sometime this weekend, it'll be another parts car (and the first '77 I've ever had!)
6K91L127926 - 76 Stallion - Owner - Thunder Hoss 0X91T133729 - 70 Maverick - Owner - Thunder Hoss 1K31L562135 - 71 Comet GT - Junkyard 3K91F153723 - 73 Maverick LDO - Junkyard 5K91L166198 - 75 Maverick - Junkyard
Jeff, great start! The online registry, it will only show only the actual VIN numbers by themselves? Meaning that you will not be recording color codes, interior codes, DSO's, axle and transmission codes, etc.? Along with relevant options? I ask this wondering if you or anyone had given it any thought? Most of the ones that I provided had barely or partially legible door tags. What about buck tag information? None of the K.C. cars (code K) had any buck tags that I found. St. Thomas, Dearborn, and Wayne, are some or all of these known to have buck tags?
71 Comet GT 1K31F556252 Car had been sitting in a warehouse for the last 25+ years. Im in the process of restoring it.
Sorry about that Jamie, was a lot of work converting from BBCode to HTML, was hoping nothing like that would have happened(is it listed in the other thread like that? Might have been a misunderstanding on my part) Added The other codes may/may not be added later, depending on how complicated it turns out to be...right now my hands are full trying to get comfortable with the new format, once I get used to it Ill look into placing body tag codes in(Might work on it tonight) Added Thanks :Handshake
