Anyone ever think of this? i think it would add to the look of the maverick without that window their Any threads on it? Ive used the search bar and couldnt find anything.
that would be a huge feat of reengering to acomplish. it would be pretty cool, defintly different. make sure you take lots of pics and write a detailed tech artical when you do it this weekend.
My 1976 has it. I really like it. The kids can roll the window down at theiur own leisure...as long as the AC is not turned on!!!
i have a 1969 mustang coupe. those cars roll down the rear windows. maybe installing a sistem like that???
i would brobably have to find a car with the same set up, mabey like a old nissan but i dont know if they roll down! What i didnt think about was the chrome part of the door, mabey i could cut it out but it may weaken the structure of the door.
It would be neat for it to roll down but i think ill leave the chrome their I was trying to go for a chevelle type of look
It would be worth it for me only if the door didn't have the pillar in the middle. Because then if the rear window came down and the side windows came down it would look sweet. edit: justin got it! that looks sweet
I'm thinking the wheel well would get in the way of what you want to do here. You might approximate that look with dark tint and a blacked-out pillar, (see attached) but I don't see this happening without massive modification.
Actually... That looks a hell of a lot better than I thought it would... Somebody please talk me out of painting over my perfectly good window trim.
