I personaly don't go to the section much but I can see the seperation might simplify searching.

I think the forum has grown big enough for that. A few years ago there were only a few cars posted and now there are quite a few.

I like the idea ...... :yup:

I like the idea, but I don't really like the thought of having yet another section on the index page. I think a lot of what's already on the index page could be consolidated into sub category's under one main link. For example, have one Maverick/Comet classifieds link on the index page, and when you click through that, you can then have the choice of going to any of the 5 sections currently displayed. Another forum I'm on relies heavily on this format, and it works well.

Why don't you guys just click "New Post" in the top center of the page then you won't have to look through all the different Forums, or use the "Quick Links" link and select "Last Day"

Actualy "New Post" is all I really use. At times I look around at the main page, like when I go to create a thread, since i'm there anyway.

I bought my '72 beater through this site. Found and made deals on several others through this site as well.

I've always preferred to browse the forums through the index page. I don't think I've ever used the new post button actually.

I found my Maverick on this board also. It suppose to be a parts car until I adjusted the points from .25 to .025 :shhh:

I just auto subscribe to all threads that I reply to...since Ive joined I think Ive replied to a little over 400 threads? if theres ever a new post in any of them it gets put to the top of my subscriptions...this way I can filter out all the boring threads and only focus on threads Im interested in...I click "New Posts" 3-4 times a day just to check for new posts.
