    I have a motor trend mag with some good stuff in it. Will scan more pics. How do I get a bigger image then this to post?? Using photobucket.

    I have dozens of Motor Trend, Poplar Mechanics...from the 70s. These cars were a huge deal when they were announced and the road tests were front page news those issues.

    Thanks Darren, that was great to read. Imagine 340,000 sold in the first few years, wow! There should be a Maverick and Comet on every corner.:burnout:

    I dont remember many nice ones though. Remember lots of the later models with plaid and green interiors. :dizzy:

    Yes i know i wander what happened to them all!! just think 5000 stallions and now only 15 in the the registry.
