Could a grabber spoiler fit a 76'?

could a grabber style spoiler fit on a 76' mav?

 

Long as it's a 2-door... You may have trouble with the quarter panel extensions though if you are still running the stock rear bumper.

 

Im going to drop the bumper and get a smaller, sleeker one, and get a grabber hood and spoiler.... i know, i know, but i want a 76' grabber

 

You will need a early small bumper and valence to make it work right. It has been done many times.

 

I'll have to look at mine again. I was thinking the ends were a problem and the bumper didn't come close to the ends . Not sure if a 75 is like a 76 tho. I would like a spoiler on my 75.

 

The ends are a problem! you need bigger end caps when using it on 74-77 cars, ive seen some before but they're super RARE.

 

Yea. I was looking at a 75 tonight at a mini meet and it is just how I remembered. Someone needs to make them. Soon as I have some spending money I will be in the market for some. Maybe someone can use yours for a mold

 

I wish they were mine! Haha. I dont have any and i got small bumpers on my 75.

 

After looking at it, all you actualy need are those bigger ends and the center section. I'm assuming the trunk will accept the center section, that I'm not sure about.
The smaller bumper is not required. Matter of fact I'm thinking I might like it with the big bumper.

That's cool, i didn't know that they made the higher corner pieces in a short version that would fit a big bumpered Maverick or Comet.

I remember that the ones on this car started as small ones then were made bigger by RadMav? i think this was his car?

 

the big bumper cars use the bigger version

a 75 grabber does not have a rear spoiler.
