Ok so my car is basically done now and i decided to put it on Ebay... A guy called me from Iowa and was questioning if it was a true GT me not knowing a whole lot about the comets i'm like Yes it is Original paint and everything now hes telling me because it doesn't have the flat black on the hood it might not be  Can anyone help me on this, or if anyone knows of a way i can look up the vin to find out if its a true GT i mean i have had lots of people look over my car at shows and stuff but never had this come up

I would say that it is a GT based on several things.Stainless strips on the grill,Bucket seats. If someone doubts your car I say dont bid then.Seems to be getting a fair price anyway.
    Later Tim

I'm selling the car because i figured im only 23 and i wanna buy a house so i think i have plenty of time for a new toy and rite now i have way to much going on. I do love the car and put a lot of time into getting it up to par many of you know when this from when i first got it, it was a mess from sitting for all the years.

I'm pretty sure your car is an original GT.
