    My son checked this morning and Detroit had some, he didnt say how many. When he went to order them this afternoon they were out, he hot ordered some for me which I think means they will be coming from the distributor to Ford

    I told him there was going to be a rush on them, he said how many Mavericks are out there

    WOW:shocked: Never expected to clean out the main stash so quickly.

    I guess we're just doing our part to help keep Ford solvent. They'll be dusting off the molds by Wednesday and making more. :biglaugh:

    I hope they get a hold of some more but if the suppliers are like ours at Chrysler it may be a long wait to get some produced. Parts have not been easy to get since the economy crashed.

    No wonder we cant get parts made. It is starting to improve though.

    You guys have had it rough, I've heard a few stories now.
    But as of now, I have some emblems on order.....:bananaman (I just called Bob, my ford parts guru)

    I ordered 2 extra emblems, just in case, when I picked up my last emblem on Saturday. My parts guy would have ordered them the very first thing on Monday morning. I haven't heard from him so I suppose all is well. :)

    The 2 emblem orders, that I put in last week, both took 2 days to come in so anyone that ordered on Monday will possibly be getting a phone call from their Ford dealers tomorrow sometime.

    Just watch out that you don't find yourself doing a :dancing:"Happy Dance" :dancing:in front of the entire parts department. It could get ugly :cry:

    thanks guys,parts guy called me back not 10 minutes after i ordered them said there on back order for a month or so.:cry:

    oh well i'am about 6 months out from paint so i guess i cant install them anyway.

    Got mine ordered. I went ahead and ordered 4. My cost should be around 15 to 20 bux. If they are on backorder thats cool I wont need them for a bit anyway.
