Man if I had Franks money, I'd throw mine away! You are unique, I will give you that! LOL But I don't think that I would spend $66 dollars on an upside down emblem. But that's just me...

WOW! that is one beautiful emblem. I'm going to shot down there and see if I can order one tomorrow. My interior is going to be very near completion soon, just have to find a 5 lug back axle so I can buy some rims, cut my front springs a bit, get new back springs, and throw on some paint. Well, ok, I have a little more to do to the outside but hey! how fun is it to work on the old girl! I don't know what I'll do when I'm done (buy another?!? - oooo no. I would probably be killed if I did that:rant2:!) :biglaugh:

Hey, this is an old thread, I know, but I was hoping to get an update. Did everyone eventually get their emblems? If I go to a Ford dealership and give them this part number YL8Z-7842528-DB, will I still be able to order them? Was thinking these would look good on the yellow maverick after someday it gets a new coat of paint....

I got mine (2 sets), they were out of stock at the Detroit parts warehouse at one time....
Ford has kinda changed their system, it's harder to order parts for cars not sold in North America.

I was looking for a Lincoln pickup grill, that they build in Dearborn, but sell in Mexico, and was told they can't sell me one. I have a good friend that's a parts manager..he can usually get me anything.

The Lincolns were Mexico only, so not available in Canada or the USA (I guess I should have said..) So we can't buy the parts.
The Mavericks (Escapes) were in Europe.

Glad I had my son get me 2 sets when he was stationed in England. I plan on using 1 set on the 70 Grabber...

I just got 3 of them last week. No problem at all getting them. They said that the Detroit hub had 15 of them. I ordered them and they came about 5 days later.
So YES you can still get them.
