Hello Smav347....very nice car. I am glad to see fellow PSCA racers here...I am an occasional PSCA racer myself. I run in the Mean Street and Open Comp classes, but I dont have a Maverick (well, I do...siting in my backyard half dead:D), I run a Torino GT....this one----->>

I've been in the classes with Eric, but I dont think I've ever raced him before...cool guy anyways!!:burnout:

I would love to make it out to another PSCA race in Fontana sometime this year when I get the car back together.

I seen Erics car at the fab shop getting outfitted with all those new go-fast goodies when I had them build my headers (and I still had to modify them!!).

Anyways, just sayin hi to you and Eric!!....my name is Mike.:bouncy:

What's up Mike. I've always loved your Torino. Can't wait to see you back out there. Welcome to the Maverick forum and let's bring that Mav of yours back from the dead!

Thanks Eric!!....the Maverick I have is just a lowly 1974 model.
It runs but needs a little work. I'll get around to her in due time...got so many other projects going currently.

    Heres a pic of her!!

Have you ran the numbers on the 74 to see if it is a grabber?

No, I dont think it is a Grabber, but I dont know what numbers to look for either!!

Some genius before me jacked up the rear of the car by placing his jack under the gas tank:rolleyes:...needless to say, it was crushed in pretty good. I pounded it back out as best I could, but its still dented more than I like...so I need another tank, or I'll put a fuel cell in the rear instead.
