Anyone else getting weird pop ups?

    For some reason I'm only getting pop ups on this site. Darn classmates type things. I've been noticing it last few days on this site. Other ones I'm not having issues with (I frequent about 10 forums a day).



    Anyone else? Or just me?

    I highly doubt that it came from this forum as there are no pop up ads. Do you have an update ant-virus/anti-spyware application running on your computer?

    I think I got it figured out, seems somehow I had some "ad" programs that were allowed on my pop up blocker. Fiance fixed me up, LOL. NO problems last night or this morning after she looked at it.


    Yeah I'm running IE8, and a updated version of Symantec.

    IE8 made my pc all kinds of frozen and pop ups. I cringe on updates :16suspect

    Firefox rules screw MS IE and their cyber information collection tactics I only keep it on my pc for the very rare cases that some sites don't play well with FF
