Probably not. I didn't have to do that on my car using the foxbody trans.

He bought a stripe kit from Brazil in vinyl and then they clear-coated the whole car again.

 

And now Clear coated again...























I like the Gas cap!

Are the scoops suppost to be black?

 

oh, and I finally met a forum member, "Last-chance" on friday! He's a really nice guy and has some really fine cars!

 

No, but he likes like that so it would "stand out" from the yellow.

 

I love the whole look of the car i want to add that rear stripe to my car someday. Just not diging the black scoops, black inserts i like but the scoops kinda draw too much attention. But its his car so if he likes em that way then be it

 

Looks awesome!! but the scoops need to be body colored, they clash with the black out on the hood, and the vinyl top, just paint the inserts black.

yeh I have to agree body color on inserts and black on intake screen area of insert. BUT on that paint schema they really don't look too bad almost works.
