Does the kit come with the stripping for the two small backseat windows? One of my Mav's has next to nothing back there due to dryrot - we picked up a couple at a junkyard but they're a bit hardened too.
I love it when an old post comes back to life! Its kinda like reminiscing... As far as I know, the quarter windows (rear flip put windows) seals are not reproduced yet. So I guess that is a "NO" to your question. There are a few options I've heard of... like 1982 Honda Civic rear vent seals? Also, Mav/Comet quarter window seals show up on eBay every now and then in good used shape. You can always try and post in the Wanted section to see if someone has a set.

Have two questions to add Anyone who has used the full kit - does it come with the strip that prevents water from entering engine area between the cowl and hood? (Doesn't mention it in the description) Also (Stupid question) what is the difference between beltline seals and roofrail seals. Explainations I have found seem to point both of these toward the seal around the interior of the upper part of the door jam. But the product description for the kit seems to indicate it comes with both beltline and roofrail seals. Thanks everyone for your help. I hope to understand this stuff one day.
Beltline weatherstripping also known as window fuzzies or cat whiskers goes between the door and glass...about waist high. The Roofrail seal goes between the top of the door and roof...about head high if you are a short person
AutoKrafters state their mit includes the hood to cowl seal "#D3DZ-16740" u can but it seperate for $16.95. Hope this answer that part of ur question....
Door strip lower was about an inch too long both sides. No way would the push pins line up without removing a section of strip. Door opening strip upper body had to modify the push pin locations to line up with the A pillar holes. The spacing did not match factory holes. Keep in mind mine were done about a year and a half ago. Kit may have changed since. I guess being use to installing new factory strips on new cars at work I expect an exact fit. The door strips really ticked me off having to shorten them.
Still confused (and not weatherstrip fluent) So is the door glass run the part that goes over the top of the window to seal it when the window is rolled up? Here is the description I am looking at. This kit didn't say the hood/cowl seal. Yeah it is not expensive, just didn't know if I would need to order it separately from the kit. There may be another kit I am missing. Thanks, I will look again.
Glass run is the strip that runs in the window channel. Beltline are the fuzzys that rest against the window along the top of the door skin. My cowl seal was seperate if memory serves. I had to cut it to fit my 72.
You're discribed the window channel. If you're sitting in the car and roll your window down and lay your arm out the window then your arm is sitting on the Beltline weatherstripping. They are the inside Beltline and the outside Beltline on each door. 21452 and 21456 is the Beltline part number.

You should just call them, they should know exactly what comes in the kit. I bought the kit in 2007, and forget what it came with. I never had any issues with the weather stripping being too long.
