I know I can't wait. It will be the debut of my Comet and I cannot believe it's in my own backyard. I spent 16 years working for Ford and about 5 of them were right there at World HQ so it is literally my old stomping grounds.

    Great Location!

My wife and I do an annual trip to Port Huron, about 70 miles NE of Dearborn. The Roundup Nationals will set our schedule for 2011 for sure.

I just painted Spookies tail panel today. The first of many projects I have in store before the Roundup.

MOJO it's what 4 hrs to Detroit I know you can make it without air. We have floor vents, what more could we want. OK how many people come to these meets, just wondering what I'll see as I know I'll be there.

Rick! It's a little more than four hours for me. I wud estimate 5 to 6hrs. I don't drive my 38 yr. old car faster than 70mph except to pass.
Anyway, I consider my car to be strictly a hobby/fun endeavor: meaning I don't intend to punish myself if I don't have the air workin and it's as hot as last years Roundup. I drv my Windstar Van to Hannibal, MO. I enjoyed the trip and was not beat when I got there. I plan on coming, regardless of how I get there. It is my sincere intention to drive the Comet. Hope to meet u there....:drive:
