My new motor is going to need some head room but i cant make up my mind whether to go with a comet scoop on a flat maverick hood or a cowl maverick hood. No comet hoods aloud:p

Just as a side note..there are so many types of scoops out there, you can come up with a unique look. I even thought of a dodge ram rumble bee scoop to give a mav a kinda newer kr mustang/saleen type snout. It has the look of the cobra jet but alot larger across the inlet....

I vote Comet scoop. I have one but still not sure if I'm going with it or not. Sort of hate drilling a good hood...plus my car is just a 250.

Don't cut up the grabber hood

Sell it, get a flat hood and a scoop of choice, (I do like the comet style scoop) and you should have money left over for some other goodies(y)

Or, if your not hurtin' for funds, keep the grabber hood for a future project.

I like the Comet scoop/flat hood. I'm a flat hood fan but my opinion is kind of biased. :)
