I will be under there today and get a pic or three. It looks terrible but it works. I made a setup like used on mopars.
Yup, 3" per side! That much requires shaving the outer frame rails and relocating the axle snubbers too...
Stock shocks/position work fine. Here's some pix of my 3"/side job and a pic of the pinched frame rails.
I used the outer half of the stock shackle and made new inners from 1/4" plate and a longer (grade 8) bolt. This pic will give you the idea, it's before weld-out and reinforcing braces and new urethane bushings were added.
Competition Engineering used to make subframe connectors with the spring mount made into them. I copied it and dud my own years ago. Car has been turned into a round tube back half, so no good pics.
