They are a HUGE reason why Hot Rodding is still alive in California.

 

Actually from what ive read there the ONLY reason you can do anything in cali.

Here in Oklahoma we can do anything. I hope it stays that way.

Eh not really. They are a piece of the puzzle but there are a bunch of other organizations/groups/people(like leno). Here in cali you can do anything to your car, provided its a pre 76 chassis.
