I'm not bashing the work that Bryant (or Mo) does...I making fun of the description that goes with the photo. I knew this was a “before cleaning it up photo”. But it does not read that way. :Handshake

You don’t always need a plasma cutter or torch to cut metal. I use a cut-off wheel on an electric angle grinder. If it needed to be shaped up other than a straight line then I use the bench grinder or a file.

GRRRRRRRR Just tried to order mine this morning guy was an ass, after arguing with him about the bore sizes on the slave and master (told me I would NEVER be able to push in the clutch with above mentioned setup). All in all a not pleasant phone call with this guy.

Earlier this week I spoke to 3 different people all VERY nice and cooperative on the phone. I spoke with 2 sales girls and one guy in tech department, all great people and answered all my questions.

After all this going back and forth guy said fine, come on down and get it. Said LOL I live in Phoenix would like to place an order for shipped, said cannot due that you need to call back Monday. I asked can I set up order and you just ship it Monday, guy says NO! you have to call back monday. F it I hung up.

No I never got the guys name but sure did a good job of irratating the piss out of me this morning.

Yeah I am sure I will, I will just ask for the sales person I talked too before.
If I have same experience on Monday I will call Wilwood, I don't put up with that Sh*t. I'm sure monday will be a different story though.

Getting the same setup as yours and Mo's, Hopefully going to get the mounts ready to go Sunday since no one will be at the shop and I can have free rain there.

    Install should be next weekend(y)

Brayant or Mo do you guys happen to remember the aproximate measurement on the line from the master cylinder to the slave. I'm not running a remote reservoir I just wanted to swing by the parts store today and grab my lines and fittings for next week. Just not sure how many feet going to need.

We ran a short line to the firewall with a coupler, maybe 12" there. Then we made the first line with a loop in it but took that out and used maybe a 3'-4' piece to go straight from the MC to the slave.

just for information on the metal cutting, Bosch makes a bi-metal blade for a jig saw and I have personally cut up to 1/2" mild steel and 1/4" stainless with them. just go real slow but it sure makes a pretty cut. get the narrower ones if you want curves tighter than 3" radius. you can also use a thin cutting wheel on a 4.5" grinder and finish the cuts with a jigsaw or torch or plasma cutter. My Dad called it the poor mans plasma cutter. :biglaugh:
