Yep, that confirms my cheezy-ness, I have the bigfoot gas pedal & matching dimmer on the Ranchero.

 

It's the big hook on the end of the chain that you put chain through to enable it to cinch down on whatever.

I have both the big foot pedal and little foot pedal for dimmer switch

OHHHH I GET IT! and yes i was, but in 23 yrs on the road with serveral different type of transmissions, never used a chain. just bungie cords.

Streamline, is that just a mounted up spherical rod end on the bottom of the shift lever handle?

I have seen bolt in ones for mustang like that for sale just never a clear picture like yours.
