need some sheet metal

    does anyone know where i can find new front torque boxes and fender aprons. searched but havent had no luck. now that the weather is clearing up im trying to work on my car and cant find these parts. will any of the mustang stuff work for this? i can find that stuff everywhere for mustangs. thanks in advance for any help.

    They are not made as reproductions. Mustang parts are not a direct match.

    but will they work with some mods. my body man said he could make them if he has to but would be easier if i could find some for him.

    For parts that wont need alteration to be useable...Find a donor Mav or comet with good steel where you need it for yourse...

    Join the club man...Sheetmetal is practically non existant for our cars.
    Try posting what you need in the parts wanted section of the forum...Chances are someone is gonna chime in with what you need.

    It would be a WHOLE lot easier to fabricate and fix your existing torque boxes than it would be to try an adapt Mustang pieces over.

    i could probably use a rust free fender apron (between the shock tower and rad support) for the drivers side.
