Has this been posted before on here? I dont think so. But Wow! This ones getting a 76mm snail. You can follow the build thread here: http://www.theturboforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=146002.0
I guess i'm ol' school...Put a Ford in a Ford, a Chev in a Chev....I had a friend recently put an LS2 out of a newer GTO into a Fox Mustang and i still don't get why not a Ford when you can build as much power
Hmmmm, I wonder if that's the guy that was doing the turbo 460 swap? looks like the same car (from what I can see) and at one time it had a turbo 2.3 in it...
Because the power this engine will be making would split a 302 block right in half Of course I'd be cool to see a Ford, but at least he's keeping it domestic' It's his car he'll do what he wants , like you'll do what you want I don't like chevy's but I have a soft spot for LS motors.... as soon as the new 5.0's become affordable that'll change But i don't see that happening till like five years from now.
How did i miss that swap?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy ..... The lope sounds nice to the untrained Eye it don't even look like an LS
But they ain't using stock blocks...... unless you mean the mod motors I think you missed the 76mm turbo, which can support 800 wheel horspower/1,000@fly. A 302 is a time bomb once you pass the 500 HP number at the flywheel.
