    i would like to congratulate and welcome mo to the 12 sec club!

    we went to fontana dragstrip today and mo was able to bang the gears to his first 12 second 1/4 mile!!!

    oh and a large time was had by all!!!

    You read the magazines and it makes you think that just any stock street car can run 12's. But that is so far from the truth it isn't even funny! It used to be back in my day that if you could run a 12 in a street car it was REALLY something! This is quite an accomplishment, once again congratulations Mo!

    Very well said. Aint it the truth. 12 seconds is impressive for a street car. So many so called car guys have no idea what it takes to turn a 12 second time at the track. A car may have the potential to run 12's but getting it all to work together and run that time is a big accomplishment like you said. Also hats off to the guy in the drivers seat. Its definitely not all the cars doing.(y)

    And I think that motor was built to run boost, so these times running NA is even more impressive!

    Now with the blower and Nitrous is should be way faster :thumbs2:
