    changing the oil, as we speak...:thumbs2:

    saw some oil at the parts store that was...50% recycled oil...$6 a quart...:yup:... came in a green bottle.

    ...:hmmm:...

    there is a sketchy auto wrecker, i know, that sells "good, clean oil and coolant." bring your own bottle. make anyone else nervous?

    washed it after driving 107 miles yesterday.

    Had a 65 with tank behind seat, would do same thing. I had a piece of red plastic flash, from a gas can, would get sucked up onto gas line and shut gas off. I took out sending unit and with flashlight looked into tank is how I found my problem. Let me sit along road many times till I got it figured out. If I let truck sit it would fire up after a bit till it would shut line off again. I kept checking back from pump to tank for leaks or blockage. Hope this helps

    Took drag car to track on Saturday for opening RAIN OUT!
    Tech guy was there rain or shine, car was certified for sportsman (up to 8.50 for chassis, need more motor for that) Rain os shine, it was still a good day!
    Next weekend looks like they gonna have boat racing again,,,

    I pulled the engine and tranny and the interior from our 73 Maverick today. Gonna send the Comet and the Maverick to the body shop tomorrow. Maverick's gonna be a parts car for the Comet. :tiphat:

    Last night i installed the 5 1/4 inch speakers behing my kick panels. so now i have the 6x9s in the rear, 5 1/4 in the front along with tweeters on the dash. and guess what its all sony xplod, i have a wal-mart system.(y):rofl2:
