I am in the process of removing my door panel. I have everything loose but the door handle. I don't see any fasteners and it's stubborn trying to pry it loose. I was trying to pry it loose around the chrome plastic trim; I did'nt not want to break anything - so I figured I better stop and ask here. It's to late once u break it -- Cussing don't help. Any help appreciated--- ASAP-- Thanks

use a very thin screwdriver to pry the black plastic cup out of the chrome housing. I don't know how many times I took the doorpanel off before I figured this out. Needless to say, the wood around the door handle was destroyed in my teen years.

Ok! Thanks. I found it by doing a search and got the info and the panel off. I shud have did a search at first, anyway, got if off and all is well. Now I may as well think replacing the rubber and putting in some Por15 or something like it to stop the rust. Not to much rust but I may as well do what I can to contain it while I have panel off. Anyway, thanks agn for the fast response -- appreciate it....:D
