    Happened last year! this was 3 hours later after I fertilized the tree and sprayed for bugs...

    that sucks, i had a tree fall RIGHT behind my car this past winter...i still dono how it actually missed my car

    The mav is gone but i'm still here!
    I just had a tree branch fall on my neighbors yard............I dont even know what to do. I don't talk to my neighbors. And the only thing it damaged was their cable, which they hooked up illegally.

    I live in the ghetto though, luckily not a H.O.A. area.
